1. Aluminum lugs with Anodizing, M.S. lugs with crome and Steel lugs.
2. Air shaft’s Aluminum body with Anodizing / mild steel body with powder cotting or grindings + hard crome flash which gives it longer life and strength.
3. Journal, Hardening (45-50 rc), grinding (as per tolerance) + hard crome flash. Here are just a few types of journals that we can supply for air shafts. Almost any type of journal can be supplied to specification thanks to the versatility of our machines. journals are made from a minimum of high strength 45-50 rc steel and further hardened in the wear area’s. Bearings can be fitted as required, Needle, hard ring, thrush, self aligning and cam follower types.
